About Us
BridgeForward is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
We have been helping the community since 2020 and increasing our impact each year.
Last year, we focused on bringing holiday cheer to students in need in Somerset county, specifically focusing on at-risk and high needs youth by distributing 400 care bags plus some winter coats/sweatshirts, which was a new addition last year.
We prepared string bookbags for each student that included a handmade holiday card that Mayin, Myra and their friends made, plus each string bag contained cereal box, protein bar, gloves, hats, socks, lip balm, toothbrush and toothpaste. The holiday card to show love and care, and the supplies for hygiene, nutrition, and staying warm during the harsh winter.
While we are proud of the strides made, our ultimate goal extends beyond our immediate efforts. Hence, we have created the non-profit BridgeForward this year to build strategic partnerships and awareness such that our efforts to multiply to impact the lives of far more youth and homeless individuals.
